Attached is a good summary of the Small Business Jobs Act. It is clear that congress and the administration do not understand what is needed by small business right now. These surgical changes to the tax code that will benefit few small business owners are not what is needed. Providing broad tax incentives for small business owners both on the business and personal side is the only thing that can help put small business back on its feet.
